Language and cultural learning at the Japanese Friendship Garden from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on First Fridays in Phoenix from November - June. This is a recurring event. Because the number of tickets are limited, signup will occur in the classroom, beginning at 4:15 p.m.. :)

Join us in our authentic Japanese Garden for the opportunity to meet and mingle with other Japanese language and culture enthusiasts.
There will be a variety of fun topics to learn and practice your knowledge in a relaxed friendly setting.
This is our first year offering "Cool Nihongo". We encourage this group to be a mix of culture enthusiasts, language learners, and native speakers. If you are interested in Japanese culture or language and want to meet others who are as well, join us!

March 2: Ohanami (お花見). Yomatsuri (夜祭り) [Cherry Blossom Viewing / Night Festival]

May 4: Kodomono-hi (子供の日) Hahano-hi (母の日) [Children's Day / Mother's Day]
