Come practice your Russian, at whatever level you may be. The only requirement is that you tell a story: you can improvise it if your Russian is good enough, or you can prepare something ahead of time and read it. (And if you're a complete beginner, you can even just Google-translate something and bring that. The important thing is that you speak some Russian!)
We start the meetup with telling stories we prepared (or just telling what we've been up to since the last meetup), and then we do some reading and translating - to practice reading, pronunciation and gain some vocabulary.
I'm a native speaker (but unfortunately I don't know Russian as a foreign language grammar), and my co-organizer is an American, who is fluent in Russian and knows grammar (however, he won't be present at every meetup)
We almost always manage to find a table on the second floor, but sometimes we have to resort to downstairs.
Note: Those below 18 must come with an accompanying adult.
